DS Investment & Securities forecasted on the 27th that Doosan Robotics will be the biggest beneficiary of the Doosan Group's restructuring of its governance structure.

Kim Suhyun, an analyst at DS Investment & Securities, expressed, "If Doosan Bobcat is incorporated as a subsidiary according to the group's governance restructuring plan, it will be possible to utilize not only captive sales but also Bobcat's global sales network."

Researcher Kim assessed, "Currently, some of the 17 Bobcat factories are using Doosan Robotics' robots in their processes, and these can also be applied to the machinery and equipment produced by Bobcat."

He also optimistically stated, "By receiving dividends from Bobcat, which has the best performance among the group companies, cash flow will improve, and financing costs will decrease due to improved financial structure."

Furthermore, he analyzed, "If Bobcat's cash-generating power is used to repurchase and retire treasury shares, it can effectively increase Doosan Robotics' control over Bobcat."
