This program was conducted as part of the Deokjeong Urban Regeneration Project, operating pilot content at the Wagle Wagle Creative Playground run by the Deokjeong Village Management Social Cooperative within the Wagle Wagle Center, and at the Gyeonggi Dreamtle Community Center scheduled for completion next year, with the aim of integrating it into future projects.
From August to October, the city offered various cultural and artistic programs targeting local children and parents, including ▲career psychology, ▲humanities and liberal arts, ▲history and culture, ▲creative convergence, ▲safety and health, and ▲field experiences.
In particular, to promote the program and activate the parent community, the city recruited and operated the 'Dreamtle School Mom Supporters,' composed of local parents. They conducted capacity-building activities such as regular meetings and social media special lectures, encouraging supporters to create and post Dreamtle School-related content on their personal SNS channels like blogs, Instagram, and YouTube, making active efforts for online promotion.
The performance sharing meeting held on the 21st included watching videos of Dreamtle School activities so far, presenting program results and plans, awarding outstanding Mom Supporters, and issuing activity certificates.
The event concluded with an introduction and tour of the 'Wagle Wagle Creative Playground,' a children's educational experience center operated by the Deokjeong Village Management Social Cooperative within the Wagle Wagle Center.
A Yangju City official said, "We extend our infinite gratitude to all the children, parents, and Mom Supporters who participated to ensure the smooth operation of the program," adding, "We will refine and develop the program content operated this time to provide interesting and beneficial programs for local children and parents at the Wagle Wagle Creative Playground and Gyeonggi Dreamtle Community Center. We also ask for continued participation and interest in the Deokjeong Urban Regeneration Project."
