Kim Jae-eop from Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management at Dong-Eui University Awarded Saemaeul Medal for Diligence

22 Years of Volunteer Activities with Busan Saemaeul Association, Various Services

Kim Jae-up, a senior in the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management at Dong-Eui University, recently received the Saemaul Medal of Diligence for his contributions to national social development through the Saemaul Movement.

On the 5th, Kim received the Saemaul Medal from President Yoon Suk-yeol at the '2024 National Saemaul Leaders Conference' held at KINTEX in Ilsan, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province.

Mr. Kim Jae-up is receiving the Saemaeul Medal from President Yoon Seok-yeol at the '2024 National Saemaeul Leaders Conference' held on November 5.

Kim, CEO of Daesin Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., has been active in the Busan Saemaul Association for 22 years since joining the 'Saemaul Leaders Gangseo-gu Daejeo 2-dong Council' in 2002.

He served as the head of the Saemaul Movement Gangseo-gu Branch in Busan from 2009 to 2015 and currently serves as a director of the Busan Saemaul Association.

CEO Kim Jae-up has engaged in community awareness improvement and volunteer activities through Saemaul Association efforts, including resource recycling campaigns, the Busan Love Hope Tree Planting Project, low-carbon green lifestyle campaigns, repairing homes for children-headed households and elderly living alone, and providing side dishes to underprivileged groups.
