Mapo-gu '1st Youth Startup Day' Heats Up with Entrepreneurial Passion
Mapo-gu (Mayor Park Gang-su) held the "1st Youth Startup Day" on November 22 at the "Mapo Youth Startup Employment Support Center Naru."
"Youth Startup Day" was planned for the first time this year to support the successful startups of young people and to establish a solid foundation for the growth of youth startup companies.
The event consisted of a startup special lecture and a startup networking session.
From 1 PM, the start of the event, prospective young instructors gave their first demonstration lectures on topics such as independent publishing, strength analysis, blog management, and transcription.
Afterwards, a networking session was held where young people preparing for one-person startups as freelance instructors freely participated and discussed various topics.
At 6:30 PM, CEO Shin Bong-gwan of CNsol Co., Ltd. gave a lecture titled "Startup Roadmap for Prospective and Early-stage Entrepreneurs," providing useful information about startups to young prospective entrepreneurs.
During CEO Shin Bong-gwan's lecture, a special guest, Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu and a senior entrepreneur, participated, drawing attention.
Mayor Park Gang-su of Mapo-gu said, "When I was your age, I was also on the path of a young entrepreneur, so I deeply understand and empathize with the difficulties young people face when preparing for startups," adding, "The journey toward entrepreneurship may not always be smooth, but Mapo-gu will always think together and support you," encouraging the youth.
The final session at 8 PM featured group networking sessions where participants shared experiences and collaborated in specific fields, followed by free networking time.
Mapo-gu plans to hold events on the theme of youth startups every year to encourage networking and cooperation among young entrepreneurs, alleviate their difficulties, and help them achieve successful startups.
