In the men's golf weekly world rankings announced on the 24th (local time), he earned 0.42 points, jumping 17 places from 343rd last week. He accumulated points by finishing tied for 30th place (8-under 274) at the RSM Classic (total prize money $7.6 million), the last PGA Tour event of the year, held at the Sea Island Golf Club Seaside Course (par 70, 7,005 yards) in St. Simons Island, Georgia, USA. No Seung-yeol, ranked 177th in the FedEx Cup standings, failed to secure his PGA Tour card for next year.


At the end of this tournament, the top 125 players in the FedEx Cup points standings receive tour cards for the next season, while players ranked between 126th and 150th receive conditional status. No Seung-yeol, who did not secure even conditional status, is expected to face many difficulties entering PGA Tour events next year.
