Uijeongbu City Daycare Association Donates 25 Million Won in Love Relay Fundraising Over 100 Days

Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) announced on the 25th that the Uijeongbu City Daycare Center Association's Public, Workplace, and Corporate Division (Public Division Head Ryu Suk-hyang) participated in the '100-Day Love Relay Baton Passing' and donated 25 million KRW.

The Public, Workplace, and Corporate Division of the Daycare Center Association has been donating the proceeds from the annual charity bazaar event to help children with incurable diseases since 2011.

This year, they held the charity bazaar on the 2nd, collecting proceeds along with donations from three participating companies, including CEO Lee Jong-yoon of Nuri Education Co., Ltd., to join the 100-Day Love Relay.

Division Head Ryu Suk-hyang expressed, “We thank the daycare centers in the Public, Workplace, and Corporate Division and the participating companies who united with one heart for the bazaar. We hope that this warm sharing will become a source of recovery and hope for children struggling with incurable diseases.”

Mayor Kim Dong-geun stated, “We will ensure that the generous donation from the Daycare Center Association's Public, Workplace, and Corporate Division and the participating companies is delivered well to children in need and used meaningfully.”
