Exem Accelerates Public Market Expansion... Introduced at the 'Public Solution Market'

IT integrated performance management company Exem announced on the 25th that it participated in the 24th Public Solution Market held on the 22nd, focusing on introducing ExemOne and big data business achievements to various public institution customers nationwide.

Ryu Gil-hyun, Executive Director of Exem, gave a session presentation titled "An Intelligent Integrated Monitoring Platform Enabling True Observability and XAI (eXplainable AI)." Executive Director Ryu explained that since the recent IT environment has shifted to a hybrid environment using both on-premise and cloud, the monitoring paradigm must also change.

He emphasized the necessity of the full-stack integrated monitoring solution, ExemOne. Executive Director Ryu stated, "ExemOne realizes true full-stack observability by securing perfect visibility across various hybrid environments such as infrastructure, Kubernetes (K8s), applications, databases, and logs, and by providing comprehensive data analysis and insights into the root causes of failures."

He introduced that the "Government-wide Information System Preventive Inspection System (Draft) and Standard Operating Procedures (Draft)," which will be mandatory for all public institutions starting in 2026, propose daily inspections and failure prevention systems for each system area.

ExemOne will implement XAI by equipping a machine learning (ML)-based AI anomaly detection and analysis engine and AI chatbot by the first quarter of next year, significantly reducing the time and effort required for public institutions' "failure prevention" tasks.

At the Exem booth set up at the event venue, ExemOne demo presentations were held along with the introduction of the "Seoul Data Hub," which was released on the 1st of this month. The "Seoul Data Hub" is a citizen service successfully built by Exem through the "Seoul Big Data Platform Phase 3 Construction Project."

Ko Pyung-seok, CEO of Exem, said, "ExemOne has been adopted by various public customers, including key government ministries, financial institutions, metropolitan local governments, and associations," adding, "With the achievement of building the Seoul AI chatbot-based big data platform, which led to a 'service partner' contract with Naver Cloud, we will also devote all efforts to winning AI and big data projects in the public sector."
