The third hero, Hwang Jun-hwan, rescued a severely disabled neighbor in his 60s at an apartment fire in Jeonju, Jeonbuk. The fourth heroes, Chae Jong-hwa, Kim Young-hoon, Lim Jae-hoon, Park Joo-duk, and Kim Eun-joo, extinguished the fire with fire extinguishers when a fire broke out in the underground parking lot of an apartment in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, preventing it from spreading.

Hwang Jun-hwan said, "Anyone would have made the same choice," adding, "I am glad to have saved a life, and I will continue to lend even a small hand to neighbors in need."
