According to KBI Group on the 25th, Vice Chairman Park met with executives of subsidiaries such as KBI Cosmolink Vina and KBI Logis Vina after attending the 'Hung Yen Province Clean Industrial Complex Establishment Ceremony' held in Vietnam on the 23rd.

The Hung Yen Clean Industrial Complex is the first Korean-style industrial complex in Vietnam, promoted by Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH). It was established on a 1,431,000㎡ site in the Hung Yen Province area, located 36 km southeast of Hanoi. KBI Construction, a subsidiary of KBI Group, participated as an equity investor.

After attending the ceremony, Vice Chairman Park inspected the logistics warehouse site (49,590㎡) within the Hung Yen Clean Industrial Complex, which KBI Logis Vina plans to begin construction on early next year. He then encouraged the efforts of the employees of KBI Cosmolink Vina and reviewed plans and strategies for future new business expansions.

KBI Cosmolink Vina, a cable manufacturer, has continued its growth since acquiring Vietnam SH-VINA in 2017 through aggressive sales activities and production of high-quality cables in various specifications. Established last year, KBI Logis Vina plans to promote new logistics warehouse and import-export distribution businesses in Vietnam based on the Hung Yen Clean Industrial Complex to connect the logistics network of the 'Hanoi-Hai Phong-Bac Ninh' triangular economic belt.

Vice Chairman Park stated, "Based on the successful entry of KBI Cosmolink Vina into Vietnam, we are planning new businesses such as hospital and environmental ventures and import-export trade businesses through logistics platforms by leveraging synergies among subsidiaries."
