The First Year of the 2040 Gwangjin Re-Creation Plan and the Third Year of the 8th Elected Term: Over 1,000 Gwangjin Residents Surveyed on 20+ Items Including Policy Satisfaction by December 13
Face-to-Face Interviews Conducted by Korea Gallup... Used as Basic Data for Administrative Service Improvement
Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) is conducting the "2024 Happy Gwangjin Resident Satisfaction Survey" until December 13, marking the first year of establishing the 2040 Gwangjin Re-Creation Plan and the third year of the 8th term of the elected administration.
This survey was prepared to gather various voices from residents regarding the overall district administration, review past achievements, and promote more substantial policies that residents can feel in the future.
The survey targets about 1,000 Gwangjin-gu residents aged 18 and over, and is conducted through face-to-face interviews by the professional survey agency, Korea Gallup Research Institute Co., Ltd.
The survey content consists of about 20 items, including ▲ evaluation of residential environment ▲ evaluation of district administration ▲ perception of administrative achievements ▲ satisfaction with policies by sector. In particular, respondents can select what they consider the top 10 excellent projects of the 8th term Gwangjin-gu administration and freely provide opinions on the future development direction of Gwangjin-gu.
Gwangjin-gu plans to publish the satisfaction survey results on the Gwangjin-gu Office website in January next year and use them as important basic data for improving administrative services in the future.
Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, said, "We have prepared this year’s satisfaction survey thoroughly to conduct a mid-term review of the 8th term administration’s achievements and to design a better future together with residents," adding, "We ask all residents to actively participate in this satisfaction survey so that we can realize a 'Happy Gwangjin that develops through communication' by gathering your valuable opinions."
