Dongjak-gu, Seoul (Mayor Park Il-ha) has launched the ‘Dongjak-gu Integrated Reservation’ site and has been operating it in full swing since this month to enhance the convenience of residents visiting the district office website.
Until now, residents had the inconvenience of having to visit individual websites one by one to find necessary reservation information for lectures, performances, and other events held by the district and related organizations. To solve this problem, the district established the ‘Dongjak-gu Integrated Reservation,’ which consolidates a total of 74 operating programs into one platform.
On the ‘Dongjak-gu Integrated Reservation’ site, users can easily view information currently open for registration across five reservation themes reorganized with a user-centered approach: education and lectures, experiences and field trips, facilities, culture and events, and daily services.
By entering keywords into the integrated search bar, users can find desired information more quickly, and they can also check their reservation lists and cancel reservations. Regular programs such as free shuttle buses for reserve forces training centers and native English camps, as well as Dongjak School programs like community centers and Dongjak Residents University, have separate categories for easy access.
Mayor Park Il-ha stated, “We will continuously improve and supplement the integrated reservation system to operate it in a user-centered manner,” adding, “We will continue to strive to provide innovative public services with the convenience of residents as our top priority.”
