Voting from November 25 to December 9 at each community service center and Geumcheon-gu Office website
Choose from 27 candidate sites including Hoamsan, Siheung Haenggung Exhibition Hall, Geumcheon G-Valley, and Omiwon
Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that it will conduct a 15-day resident survey from November 25 to December 9 to select the Geumcheon 9 Scenic Spots in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the district office's establishment.
Since February, the district has selected 27 candidate representative sites of Geumcheon that highlight the area's unique characteristics and can be shared with residents through a full survey and advisory meetings. The candidates include not only natural landscapes but also historical heritage, educational and leisure facilities, and festivals.

The survey can be participated in by visiting each neighborhood community center in person or online by scanning the QR code on promotional materials or the Geumcheon-gu Office website. Each person can vote for up to 9 sites, and in addition to the 27 options, participants can also suggest their own candidate sites.
Among those who vote online, 50 participants will be selected by lottery to receive a 2,000 KRW coupon usable at CU convenience stores.
The final Geumcheon 9 Scenic Spots will be selected after a selection review committee composed of experts, district council members, and resident representatives evaluates the appropriateness of the candidates in order of the number of votes received. The selected Geumcheon 9 Scenic Spots will be used for tourism maps, promotional brochures, and other materials.

We will do our best to ensure that Geumcheon-gu's historical and cultural resources and tourism industry grow further and transform into an attractive city."
