Coway has been recognized for its excellence in service quality by sweeping first place in major domestic customer satisfaction surveys this year. In particular, it proved its competitiveness by winning six crowns in the water purifier category.
On the 25th, Coway announced that it ranked first in all six major domestic customer satisfaction surveys in the water purifier category this year. The customer satisfaction surveys where Coway water purifiers took first place include the Korea Purchase Protection Index (KPEI), Korea Brand Power Index (K-BPI), National Brand Competitiveness Index (NBCI), National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI), and Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI).
Coway explained that it received high evaluations for meeting consumer needs and providing differentiated customer experiences based on the excellent product quality of its representative water purifier product, the ‘Icon’ series, and its rental care service expertise.
The Coway Icon series is a bestseller product that has surpassed cumulative sales of one million units. It is regarded as having created a new trend in the water purifier market with its technology, high hygiene standards, and innovative design. The ‘2024 Coway Icon Ice Water Purifier’ introduced this year features user-customizable functions that allow control over hot water temperature, dispensing volume, and ice size according to the user’s preferences.
Additionally, as the importance of water purifier hygiene has emerged, Coway has strengthened service quality by operating the ‘Total Care Service’ provided by water purifier hygiene experts and introducing the ‘Water Purifier Sterilization Kit.’ The ‘Total Care Service’ involves replacing all internal parts through which water flows?such as the ice tray, inner tank, inlet pipe, flow path, and extraction unit?and sterilizing the tank, all performed by water purifier hygiene experts who have received systematic training.
Coway’s exclusive water purifier service tool, the ‘Water Purifier Sterilization Kit,’ is a specialized service kit used during on-site maintenance visits. It is equipped with a filter and sterilization generation module for water purifiers. Through this, Coway creates sterilized water from purified clean water to sterilize the internal tank and flow path of the water purifier. Recently, the kit was renewed to enhance durability and redesigned to make it easier for customers to recognize the sterilization service.
Coway also operates a ‘Safe Photo Service’ that allows customers to directly check the product management status. This service targets customers using tank-type water purifiers and involves taking and sending photos of the internal tank after on-site maintenance visits. Customers can view the photos to confirm the product’s management status and use it with peace of mind. Coway also offers a ‘One-time Coordinator Visit Care Service’ so that customers who manage their products themselves can receive expert on-site maintenance services.
