Suspect Fleeing by Bicycle Snatched and Apprehended
A man who repeatedly committed crimes such as assaulting and molesting pedestrians without reason in Seoul was eventually arrested by the police.

On the 21st, the official YouTube channel of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency uploaded a video titled "Chasing and Arresting a Suspect Who Assaulted and Molested Passersby Without Reason." The video showed the scene of an incident that occurred around 5 a.m. on the 26th of last month on a street in Gwanak-gu, Seoul. In the video, a man identified as Mr. A approached a citizen, Mr. B, who was standing on the street and punched him in the jaw before passing by. When the assaulted Mr. B chased after him, Mr. A began to flee.
While fleeing, Mr. A forcibly molested a woman, Ms. C, on the street and ran away. When Ms. C’s companions chased after Mr. A, he assaulted one of the companions, Mr. D. In the blink of an eye, he committed a total of three crimes.

The police, who received a report from the first victim, Mr. B, and arrived at the scene, found Mr. A fleeing on a bicycle. Mr. A dangerously sped toward the patrol car during the chase, then tried to escape by changing direction, but the officers grabbed the bicycle and caught him.
According to the police investigation, this man was also found to have forcibly molested another woman, Ms. E, while fleeing on the bicycle after the second assault. Having committed a total of four crimes in one night, Mr. A was finally apprehended by the police.
