Nexon's '2024 Dungeon & Fighter Festival: Jungcheon,' which was scheduled to be held at Ilsan KINTEX, has been disrupted due to a bomb threat.
At around 4:54 PM on the 22nd, a post titled "I planted bombs at KINTEX" was uploaded on an online community, stating "I installed five, so look carefully." The post has since been deleted.
As a result, hundreds of attendees who began entering the venue around 5 PM have all evacuated outside the event hall. The police, having received the report, are currently conducting a search on-site. The event was scheduled to start at 7 PM but is currently delayed.
Nexon plans to resume entry around 9 to 10 PM after the police complete their search and ensure the safety of the attendees.
