Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 22nd that it held the final report meeting for the ‘Yangju Social Economy Online Promotion Platform Construction Project’ at the Yangju Social Economy Support Center on the 21st.

The report meeting was attended by representatives from Yangju social economy enterprises, the Social Economy Support Center, and the Social Economy Team. The service provider, Complete Co., Ltd., conducted a demonstration of the platform’s final construction status, usage guidance, and a Q&A session.
The Yangju Social Economy Online Promotion Platform, ‘Giver Market’ (hereafter Giver Market), was developed prioritizing user accessibility and search convenience so that anyone can easily view information about products and services of Yangju social economy enterprises anytime and anywhere.
In particular, detailed pages for individual enterprises have been created to provide comprehensive information needed by purchasing managers, including ▲main products and services ▲certification status ▲major clients ▲history ▲corporate competitiveness ▲communication channels.
Jo Myung-hee, Director of the Job and Economy Division, stated, “We expect the social economy promotion platform ‘Giver Market’ to serve as a stepping stone connecting social economy enterprises struggling with sales channels and purchasing managers who lacked sufficient information about these enterprises.”
Yeom Il-yeol, Director of the Yangju Social Economy Support Center, said, “A place where the production and consumption of social economy values in Yangju meet has opened,” adding, “We will strive to activate diverse information exchange and purchasing related to the social economy through the platform.”
Meanwhile, Yangju City plans to officially launch the social economy online promotion platform ‘Giver Market’ in December after final inspections. Any social economy enterprise located in Yangju can register their company on the Giver Market platform.
Company registration on Giver Market is available through the Yangju Social Economy Support Center website, and related inquiries can be made to the Yangju Social Economy Support Center or via email.
