Yanolja Platform and Interpark Triple Merge into 'NolUniverse'

Approved at This Month's Extraordinary General Meeting... Launch Next Month

Yanolja announced on the 22nd that its subsidiary Yanolja Platform and Interpark Triple will launch a merged corporation called 'NOL Universe' on the 27th of next month.

Yanolja stated in a release, "At the Interpark Triple extraordinary shareholders' meeting on the 11th, the merger between the two companies was approved," and added, "We received notification of approval for the business combination report from the Fair Trade Commission in early November." They further explained, "Through the merger, we will combine the expertise, experience, and know-how each holds to maximize business synergy and strengthen business competitiveness."

Previously, in August, Yanolja announced plans to integrate Yanolja Platform and Interpark Triple to build a 'mega platform.'
