Access Bangkok Art Fair Presents Online Viewing Room with Atu

Art-specialized planning agency Art Meets Life (hereinafter AML, CEOs Im Yirim and Jo Yoonyoung) is providing convenience for visitors to enjoy exhibited works anytime and anywhere through the ‘Online Viewing Room (OVR)’ featuring digital twin and AI (artificial intelligence) technology, in partnership with the art platform ‘ARTUE.’ This allows visitors who cannot attend in person to view and purchase artworks online, while digital invoices, certificates of authenticity (COA), and global payment functions enhancing convenience and security in art transactions are supported for participating galleries and collectors.

Additionally, Access Bangkok offers various side programs. First, in collaboration with Shinhan Card, a 3-night 5-day VIP art tour package is introduced to target domestic collectors. Starting with the VIP preview of the art fair on December 4, the package includes a tour of the Bangkok Art Biennale and major galleries with VIP art specialists, as well as attendance at a VIP party held at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA). The package also features a gourmet tour at Michelin Guide-selected Thai restaurants and luxury spa massages. Limited to 20 people, the private tour can be booked for 2,320,000 KRW on the Shinhan Card All That site.

On December 6, a talk program with interior designer Yang Taeo will be held at Kunsthalle Bangkok. Furthermore, on December 3, architect Yoo Hyunjun will give a special lecture at Chulalongkorn University, a prestigious Thai university, invited by the Korean Cultural Center in Thailand, among other programs showcasing Korean soft power.

Access Bangkok is the first case of a Korean art fair expanding overseas and is expected to be an important milestone for artistic exchange and new market development between Korea and Thailand. The fair will be held from December 4, starting with the VIP preview, through December 7 at The Pinnacle Hall on the 8th floor of ICONSIAM in Bangkok. Admission is free, and information about participating galleries and exhibited works can be found on the ARTUE website and social media accounts.
