The morning low temperatures are forecasted to range from -1 to 10 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs from 9 to 16 degrees Celsius. Inland Gyeonggi and mountainous areas of Gangwon will experience morning temperatures below freezing, with slightly strong winds making it feel even colder. Ice may form and frost may appear in some areas.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'moderate' nationwide. However, due to residual fine dust from the previous day and the influx of foreign fine dust, Chungnam, Gwangju, and Jeonbuk will experience 'unhealthy' levels in the early morning, while Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon Yeongseo, Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungbuk will see 'unhealthy' levels until the morning.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
