On the 21st, the Gyeongbuk Provincial Council held a plenary session and formed the Gyeongbuk-Daegu Administrative Integration Special Committee.
This committee consists of 22 Gyeongbuk provincial council members as committee members, with Bae Jin-seok, Vice Chairman (People Power Party·Gyeongju) serving as the chairman, and Yoon Cheol-nam (People Power Party·Yeongyang) as the vice chairman.
Chairman Bae Jin-seok expressed his inauguration remarks, saying, "I will do my best for the development of Gyeongbuk and its residents."
