This event was organized with the purpose of sharing warmth by providing kimjang kimchi to 2,000 households of disabled families in the Busan area.

Busan Port Authority donated 1 million won and its employees directly participated in making, packaging, and distributing kimjang kimchi as part of the volunteer activities.

On the 22nd, BPA plans to continue volunteer work by delivering the kimjang kimchi they made themselves to local households in cooperation with Dongsam Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, the first branch of BPA Hope Pantry.

Kang Jun-seok, President of BPA, said, “We hope that the kimjang kimchi sharing volunteer activity will help reduce the economic burden on vulnerable households and contribute to the stability of their dietary life.”
