Kim Seyong, President of Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH), visited the construction site of Dongtan 2 A93 Block in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 21st to conduct a safety inspection aimed at preventing accidents.
The Hwaseong Dongtan 2 A93 Block is an area where 965 long-term rental housing units are being supplied, with about 400 workers carrying out the framework construction. More than half of the workers are foreign, making communication essential to creating a safe working environment.

On this day, Kim Seyong, President of GH, focused on inspecting the smart safety management status, including ▲ safety education for foreign workers using real-time translation ▲ checking the management status of foreign workers ▲ managing blind spot work through remote monitoring. He also confirmed the structural safety by conducting non-destructive testing using rebar detectors and Schmidt hammers.
Kim Seyong, President of GH, promised, "Until the day of completion, we will do our best to manage site safety and create a safe workplace where all workers, including foreign workers, can return home healthy and safe."
