This consulting is part of the ‘Comprehensive Consulting Support for Early and Regular College Admissions for High School Seniors’ project, a pledge of the 8th local government administration. It was prepared to assist high school seniors who took the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) on the 14th and are preparing to apply for regular admissions.
Now in its third year, the regular admission consulting will be held over two days, December 20th and 21st, at the Jeong Yak-yong Library, divided into general admission and rural area admission categories for local examinees.
Participating students will receive specific and practical advice through 1:1 consulting with professional college admission consultants, including △ analysis of admission cutoffs for desired universities and departments based on individual CSAT scores △ establishment of efficient application strategies.
Applications can be submitted online after registering as a member on the Namyangju Talent Development Support Center website. A total of 105 participants will be selected by random draw through the system, and the results will be announced on the website on December 9th.
A Namyangju City official stated, “We hope this consulting will help students clearly determine their career paths and alleviate the burden on local examinees and parents regarding regular admission applications.”
