'Magok Lotte Castle Le West' Pre-Move-In Briefing Session Held

Magok MICE PFV, the developer of 'Magok Lotte Castle Le West,' announced on the 21st that it is holding a move-in briefing session for prospective residents.

Constructed by Lotte Construction, 'Lotte Castle Le West' is located in the heart of the Magok district in Seoul and is a residential complex where residents can enjoy all the living infrastructure within the Magok area.

Originally sold as a residential-type lodging facility, Lotte Castle Le West's designation was changed to a residential officetel on the 24th of last month. This briefing session was organized to provide benefits to prospective residents and explain future schedules.

Magok MICE PFV will operate the briefing sessions by reservation at Unit 9, Building C, Magok Lotte Castle Le West, three times daily at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. from the 18th to the 24th, with 30 participants per session.

The briefing will cover real estate market trends, financial institutions for interim and final payment loans, legal matters, explanations from experts related to on-site construction, and a Q&A session for prospective residents.
