Six Public Institutions Including Korea Internet & Security Agency Sign MOU for Human Resource Development Cooperation

The Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) announced on the 21st that it has signed a business agreement for human resource development cooperation with five public institutions within Bitgaram Innovation City.

The signing ceremony involved six institutions: KISA, the Korea Institute of Planning and Evaluation for Technology in Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Private School Teachers' Pension, the Arts Council Korea, the Korea Communications Agency, and the Korea Creative Content Agency.

The main contents of the agreement include sharing HRD operation plans, exchanging human resources, information, and advice, and cooperating on facilities and equipment related to HRD program operations for the development and growth of each institution's human resources (HRD).

Additionally, the HR council jointly held a special lecture series this year featuring economic YouTuber Kim Jjanbu and novelist Kim Ae-ran, and is preparing for a special lecture by playwright Park Jae-beom on the 27th. They also plan to continuously organize training for executives and employees, including programs to enhance the capabilities of female talent.

Lee Sang-jung, President of KISA, stated, "The HR council aims to serve as an opportunity for public institutions within Bitgaram Innovation City to collaboratively develop human resources and contribute to the growth of institutional human capital." He added, "We will strive to innovate human resource policies such as attracting outstanding talent and revitalizing specialized education together with the HR council institutions."
