Gyeonggi-do to Recruit 800 Participants for Care Accommodation 'Danolja Vacation Camp'

Gyeonggi Province is recruiting 800 participants for the winter vacation care program 'Danolja Vacation Camp.'


The Gyeonggi Future Education Campus, operated by the Gyeonggi Lifelong Education Promotion Institute, announced on the 21st that it will run the accommodation program 'Danolja Vacation Camp' during the vacation period for students from 4th grade elementary to 1st grade middle school, providing education, tourism and experiential activities, and childcare.


The main programs include ▲future education programs such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and drone coding ▲various experiential English programs with native speakers ▲field trips to tourist attractions and experiential facilities within Gyeonggi Province ▲healing and communication programs through group activities.

The camp will be held at the Paju and Yangpyeong campuses from January 13 to February 28 next year.


Applications can be made from the 25th of this month through the Gyeonggi Lifelong Education Promotion Institute website (gill.or.kr). A total of 800 participants will be accepted, with 300 at the Paju campus and 500 at the Yangpyeong campus.


The participation fee is 600,000 KRW for 4 nights and 5 days, and 1,500,000 KRW for 11 nights and 12 days, with a 33% discount for Gyeonggi residents.


Additionally, Gyeonggi Province fully supports the costs for special support groups such as basic livelihood security recipients and children from multicultural families. Separate benefits are also provided for siblings entering together or children of national merit.
