Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, southern Yeongseo of Gangwon, and northern Chungcheong are expected to have occasional rain from dawn to daytime, while Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, and central to northern Yeongseo of Gangwon may experience raindrops less than 0.1mm.

The expected rainfall in the rainy areas is about 5mm around Incheon and southern Gyeonggi, less than 5mm in Gangwon and Chungcheong, and less than 1mm in northern Gyeonggi and Jeolla. Visibility may decrease and roads may be slippery during the rain, so special caution is advised for traffic safety.

The lowest temperature on the morning of the 21st is expected to be 19 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature during the day is expected to be between 12 and 17 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels are forecasted to be 'bad' in southern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo of Gangwon, and Chungbuk, while other areas are expected to maintain 'normal' levels. Seoul, Incheon, and northern Gyeonggi are expected to temporarily record 'bad' levels in the morning, and Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and Jeonbuk in the afternoon.
