The Chungnam Regional Women’s New Employment Center within the Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency announced on the 20th that it will publish the "2024 Collection of Best Practices in Employment and Entrepreneurship Support by Local Saeil Centers."
This collection features inspiring stories of women who have succeeded in finding employment or starting businesses with the center’s support, as well as the journeys of women from various age groups and backgrounds who have challenged themselves in employment and entrepreneurship through the center’s tailored support.
It also includes accounts of how women reorganized their careers, achieved economic independence, and the results they attained by overcoming challenges through the center’s support programs.
Main cases include: women who succeeded in re-employment after a career break; women who started their own businesses through entrepreneurship education; and women who entered professional fields through technical training.
A Chungnam Regional Saeil Center representative said, “We hope this collection will provide practical information and hope to women who dream of employment or entrepreneurship. We will continue to strengthen various support activities so that more women can regain their careers and achieve economic independence.”
The Saeil Center offers a wide range of services to help local women find jobs and start businesses, including vocational training, mentoring programs, and entrepreneurship consulting. In addition, it provides job placement support, job matching, and programs for career development.
