Guri Future Development Research Association Holds Midterm Report Meeting

Through Analysis and Improvement of Private Consignment Tasks
Providing Enhanced Administrative Services

The Guri City Council of Gyeonggi Province (Chairman Shin Dong-hwa) held a mid-term report meeting for the research project of the council research group, Guri Future Development Research Association (Representative Yang Kyung-ae), on the 19th at the weekly reporting room.

Since last September, the Guri Future Development Research Association has been conducting a research project under the theme "Analysis and Improvement Plans for Guri City's Private Consignment Projects." This mid-term report meeting was organized as an intermediate step to review the progress of the research project and discuss the future research direction.


At the mid-term report meeting, about 10 people including Representative Yang Kyung-ae of the research group, Vice Chairman Kim Sung-tae, Operations Committee Chairperson Jung Eun-chul, Councilor Kwon Bong-su, representatives from the research company, and officials from the council secretariat attended and listened to the interim report on the tasks from the research company.


The attendees engaged in lively discussions through questions and debates regarding the selection, execution, and overall operation status analysis of Guri City's private consignment affairs, as well as improvement plans to address these issues, spending a meaningful time for the efficient operation of Guri City's private consignment affairs.


Representative Yang Kyung-ae said in her greeting, "This mid-term report meeting is an opportunity to review the achievements of the Guri Future Development Research Association's research so far and to evaluate and improve the insufficient parts," adding, "I hope that through this meeting, the research project will be successfully completed and greatly contribute to the solid operation of Guri City's private consignment affairs."


Chairman Shin Dong-hwa stated, "I hope that through this research project, the current status of our city's private consignment affairs will be accurately analyzed and institutional improvement points clearly identified, providing an opportunity to offer enhanced administrative services to citizens. I also hope that the research group council members will do their best until the end to make this possible."
