Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, Attends 'Open the Window' Event Sharing Warmth and Care

Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, attended the 'Open the Window' event held on the afternoon of the 19th at the auditorium of the Yonggang-dong Complex Building.

Organized by the Yonggang Senior Welfare Center, this event was prepared to extend warm hands to neighbors in preparation for the upcoming winter season.

On the day, about 180 people, including elderly living alone in the area, participated, and a sharing event was held featuring community invitation performances and the distribution of kimchi, rice, and other items.

Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, said, "These days, you must be keeping your windows tightly closed due to the cold weather, but today, I hope this will be a special time to open the windows of our hearts wide and share affection," adding, "Mapo District will always listen carefully to the stories of the elderly and do its best to implement leading policies for seniors."
