On the 19th, about 450 Seoul Women’s University students held a rally in front of the Nowon Police Station in Seoul, urging the dismissal of charges against the poster creators, stating, "The posters are based on the testimonies of victims and were put up to prevent the concealment of sexual crimes and to fulfill students’ right to know."

It is known that Professor A from the Department of German Language and Literature at Seoul Women’s University was disciplined with a three-month salary reduction last September after being reported for sexual harassment and sexual assault against students.

The students said they only learned of this fact in September and posted a poster criticizing Professor A and the school, but the professor filed a lawsuit against the poster creators, claiming the content was false.

In response, the students held a 'lacquer protest' on campus, and the school announced it would hold them responsible for property damage, escalating conflicts within the campus.
