Special Lecture on "The Future of Work and AI Management"

Dong-A University Graduate School of Business Administration (Dean Choi Kyu-hwan) successfully held a special lecture by a distinguished speaker for the MBA (master's degree program).
The special lecture held on the 14th at Dawoo Hall on the Bumin Campus was attended by Dean Choi Kyu-hwan, Vice Dean Lee Kyung-hwan, MBA Alumni Association President Song Ki-young, Executive Vice President Lee Hyo-jae, Advisory Chairman Lee Hyun-joo, Secretary General Kwon Oh-jin, MBA 57th class president Choi Moon-sik, MBA 58th class president Park Bong-soo, and about 130 MBA students.
At the lecture, Byeong-min Ahn, CEO of OpenBizLab, known as the "Innovation Guide," gave a talk on the topic "The Future of Work and AI Management."
He explained "the leadership and organizational management methods needed in the rapidly changing digital era," highlighting the future of work shaped by AI transformation and the role of AI.
He also discussed changes brought by innovative work methods such as the "four-day workweek," presenting future-oriented leadership and organizational culture perspectives through leadership innovation cases that increase productivity and induce employee engagement.
CEO Byeong-min Ahn graduated from Busan Sajik High School and Seoul National University with a degree in Communication and Information, and completed his MBA at the Helsinki School of Economics. He has worked in marketing at Daehong Planning, Daum Communications, and Hunet, and authored books including "Management Deviations," "Laozi for CEOs," and "The Four-Day Revolution."
Dong-A University Graduate School of Business Administration will begin accepting applications for the 59th MBA class general admission from the 25th of this month, with the deadline on the 6th of next month.
Known as "The cradle of case-based education with strong alumni leading the regional economy," Dong-A University Graduate School of Business Administration provides a 40% tuition scholarship (Academic Continuation Support Scholarship) to all new and current MBA students (who have completed at least 6 credits), maintaining the lowest tuition fees among MBA programs in the Busan area based on actual payment amounts.
The Dong-A University MBA program is open to graduates of four-year universities in Korea and abroad or those expected to graduate by February 2025, regardless of their alma mater or major.
