Synapsoft set its public offering price at 24,500 won, the upper limit of the desired range (21,000 to 24,500 won), during the demand forecast for institutional investors held from the 29th of last month to the 4th of this month. Subsequently, in the public subscription for general investors conducted from the 8th to the 11th of this month, it recorded a competition rate of 60.4660 to 1. Approximately 187 billion won was raised as subscription deposits.

Founded in 2000, Synapsoft is a software company specializing in document digitization and document structure analysis. It has secured more than 7,000 private companies as clients, including major conglomerates such as Samsung Electronics, SK, Hyundai, and LG. It has also established a presence in the public sector with an 80% market share among government agencies.
