Eunpyeong-gu to Hold 'Senior Job Fair' on the 21st

More Than 15 Recruiting Companies Participating

Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) will hold the "2024 Eunpyeong Senior Job Fair" on the 21st from 1 PM to 5 PM at Eunpyeong Hall on the 5th floor of the Eunpyeong District Office.


This fair aims to provide reemployment opportunities and various job information to job seekers aged 60 and over, whose numbers are increasing, and to offer diverse talent recruitment opportunities to companies experiencing labor shortages.

More than 15 companies will participate in the fair. The recruitment positions include security guards, facility management, postpartum care workers, and cooking jobs, with in-depth consultations and interviews conducted on-site. In particular, there will be an event booth offering free ID photo shoots for resumes, a kiosk experience to enhance seniors' digital skills, and free labor consultation services.


The Eunpyeong Senior Job Fair is open to all residents of Eunpyeong-gu aged 60 and above. For more details, please contact the Eunpyeong Senior Job Center.


Additionally, the district will support resume submission on behalf of companies participating online as well as those attending on-site. The fair will also provide information on the "2025 Public Senior Job Program," which is scheduled to begin recruiting from the 25th of this month.


Mayor Kim Mi-kyung said, "I hope this fair will serve as a stepping stone for seniors to start a vibrant second chapter of their lives," adding, "We will strive to create an event that benefits both recruiting companies and visiting seniors by providing a platform where seniors can give back their rich experience and knowledge to society."
