Mayor Lee stated, "Although this survey is at the initial stage of the project to establish direction, citizens have raised complaints that the questions seem as if they are intended to produce a predetermined result regarding the relocation," and emphasized to the relevant departments the need to strengthen communication along with sufficient collection of citizens' opinions.

Accordingly, the city plans to reconsider the future course of action, including the survey, through sufficient opinion gathering such as related task forces and resident meetings by district.

Meanwhile, the city had suspended the survey on the relocation of the Comprehensive Sports Complex on the 15th due to some misunderstandings arising during the collection of citizens' opinions, although it was originally scheduled to continue until the 29th.
