Opticore, 10 Billion KRW Capital Increase... Third-Party Allocation to SYB Association

KOSDAQ-listed company Opticore announced on the 18th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to raise approximately 10 billion KRW for operating funds and other purposes.

New shares totaling 8,525,140 common shares will be issued at 1,173 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipient is SYB Association (8,525,140 shares).
