Cheonan Sarang Scholarship Foundation Awards 400 Million Won in Scholarships to Over 400 Students

The Cheonan Sarang Scholarship Foundation in Chungnam announced on the 18th that it has awarded scholarships totaling 400 million KRW.

The foundation recently held a scholarship certificate awarding ceremony and provided a total of 439.6 million KRW to 403 recipients.

The scholarships were distributed as follows: 13.8 million KRW to elementary school students, 22.5 million KRW to middle school students, 135.1 million KRW to high school students, and 255.6 million KRW to university students.

This year, an additional 12.6 million KRW in scholarships was given to 11 schools (teams) that participated in the K-Culture Expo University Culture Festival and operated exemplary programs.

Cheonan Mayor Park Sangdon said, "I hope this scholarship will help you achieve greater challenges and accomplishments," adding, "The foundation will continue to work hard to foster future talent."
