Daesang announced on the 18th that it will participate in the food exhibition 'FiE 2024' held in Frankfurt, Germany from the 19th to the 21st.

FiE is the largest food and food additive exhibition in Europe, which started in 1986. About 1,400 companies from 135 countries worldwide participate, and more than 23,000 visitors attend.

This year at the exhibition, Daesang will showcase high-functional (specialty) materials such as allulose and natural seasoning ingredients. It will also exhibit plant-based protein materials derived from microalgae, including Goldrella and Whitechlorella.

Lee Hyo-hoon, head of Daesang's Material Marketing Office, said, "Through this exhibition, we aim to widely promote Daesang's specialty materials and take the opportunity to establish more strategic global expansion plans through thorough market analysis."

Previously, Daesang also participated in '2024 SSW,' the largest health functional food and food ingredient exhibition in North America, held in Las Vegas, USA, from the 28th to the 31st of last month, where it introduced various specialty products.
