YouTuber 'Living with a 13-Year-Old and Having Sex'... Now Booked for Assaulting Wife

A famous YouTuber has been booked on charges of assaulting his wife and filming and distributing images of her body parts. This YouTuber is also known to be under investigation for animal abuse and for living with a 13-year-old minor and having sexual relations with her dozens of times.

According to the Jongno Police Station in Seoul and the Michuhol Police Station in Incheon on the 17th, A (35), a famous YouTuber with 200,000 subscribers, is under investigation on charges including violation of the Sexual Violence Punishment Act (filming and distribution using a camera) and domestic violence.

A is accused of assaulting his wife B (33) in the early morning of the 13th at a lodging facility in Michuhol-gu, Incheon. He punched B in the face and jaw, causing injuries requiring three weeks of medical treatment.

During this incident, A took B’s mobile phone, and B reported to the police with the help of the lodging facility staff.

Last month, A was booked on charges of filming parts of his wife’s body and posting them on his YouTube channel. The police have secured related evidence and are conducting an investigation.

Earlier, in August, he was reported for kicking and killing his pet dog and is under investigation for violating the Animal Protection Act.

A is also on trial for sexually assaulting a minor. It has been found that he lived with a 13-year-old middle school viewer, knowing she was a minor, for about two years and had sexual relations with her at least 34 times.

In June, A was indicted without detention on charges of statutory rape of a minor, and the first trial verdict is scheduled for the 19th. The prosecution has requested a nine-year prison sentence.
