Minimum 350 Million KRW Over 4 Years
Visiting 425 Ports in 140 Countries Until the Next Presidential Election
An American cruise company has launched an ultra-long-term package that allows people to leave the United States during President Donald Trump's four-year term.
The French daily Le Parisien recently highlighted a cruise package offered by an American company called 'Villa Vi Residence.' This company has prepared various cruise package programs for those who want to leave the U.S. and live elsewhere during Trump's term after his election.

The names of the package programs, which range from 1 to 4 years, are also unique. The 1-year program is called 'Escape Reality,' the 2-year program 'Midterm Election,' the 3-year program 'Anywhere but Home,' and the longest 4-year package is named 'Leap.' Especially, the 4-year package is designed for customers who do not want to live in the U.S. throughout Trump's entire term.
This package docks at 425 ports in 140 countries and is scheduled so that customers do not return to the U.S. until November 2028, when the next presidential election will be held. The cruise company added, "However, no citizenship of any country is provided during this period."
But such an escape from reality comes with a fitting price. The 4-year package starts at $255,999 for a single room (about 350 million KRW), and a double room requires at least $319,998 (about 440 million KRW). The 1-year single room can be chosen starting from $79,999 (about 110 million KRW). These prices include all food and beverages on board, fitness center, spa, and cleaning service twice a week.
In the U.S., even before the election, media reports indicated that many Americans were considering leaving the country if former President Trump succeeded in his re-election. On the day Trump's victory was announced, searches for 'moving to Canada' surged. Additionally, Elon Musk's transgender daughter and actress Eva Longoria, famous for the drama 'Desperate Housewives,' publicly expressed their intention to leave the U.S. after Trump's election.
