The ‘Chwijun Baekseo’ course is a customized education program that systematically supports young people’s job preparation stages under the theme ‘Creating My Own Job Success Strategy.’ It is designed so that young people can choose education that fits their situation and prepare for employment efficiently.
The education target is young people aged 19 to 39 residing in Namyangju. In particular, to accommodate young people preparing for job changes, the course is held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the 4th floor of the Namyangju Youth Startup Center training room.
The program operates in three parts: △ ‘What should I do for a living?’ (Establishing job strategies) △ ‘Should I write it on my resume or not?’ (How to write resumes and self-introduction letters) △ ‘I got accepted, but what do I say in the interview?’ (Establishing interview strategies).
Each course covers essential content that young people must prepare for in practical employment situations step by step and provides practical help.
