This training was conducted by inviting Seung-ho Jung, a professional proactive administration instructor from the Ministry of Personnel Management (CEO of Interesting Education Consulting), under the theme "Understanding and Practicing Proactive Administration and Regulatory Reform."
The lecture covered ▲ definitions of proactive administration and regulatory reform ▲ support systems for proactive administration ▲ examples of excellent and passive administration ▲ regulatory sandbox and regulatory reform complaint office, among other topics.
CEO Seung-ho Jung motivated Pocheon city officials through various cases to achieve practical change and growth.
A Pocheon city official stated, "We hope this training served as an opportunity for employees to approach their work with creative and professional thinking and to practice proactive administration that citizens can feel."
Meanwhile, Pocheon City is actively engaged in proactive administration and regulatory reform, including being selected for new cases in the Ministry of the Interior and Safety’s "Shadow and Behavioral Regulation Improvement Evaluation" and winning the Excellence Award at Gyeonggi Province’s "Proactive Administration Best Practices Competition."
