Her agency, Neobiz Company, announced that Lee Eun-mi will start the nationwide tour concert 'MOVE ON' on the 16th in Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province, performing a total of about 70 shows across 40 cities and provinces.
The 'MOVE ON' concert will look back on Lee Eun-mi's music career spanning over 30 years, while once again delivering the emotion and sincerity that can only be felt on a live stage.
Along with Lee Eun-mi's representative ballads, she will showcase live performances of her recently released new songs, sharing passionate moments with her fans. She aims to deepen the precious time with the audience through her unique vocals and deeply expressive stage presence.
Known as the ‘Barefoot Diva,’ Lee Eun-mi is a leading artist in the Korean popular music scene, known for her bold appearance performing barefoot on stage and her honest and moving live performances that have fostered deep communication with audiences. Her voice and music have offered comfort and hope to many, and she has now firmly established her presence as an artist who breathes together with the audience on stage.
Lee Eun-mi debuted in 1989 as a guest vocalist on Shinchon Blues' third album and has continuously pursued her music career as one of Korea’s top vocalists, freely crossing genres such as ballad, jazz, rock, and folk through numerous live performances and concerts.
The album released in October this year in collaboration with singer Chungha symbolizes Lee Eun-mi’s musical transformation, filled with songs that combine new styles and experimental elements beyond her traditional ballad-centered music. The album’s title track, 'Move Remove,' showcases a deeper and more mature side of her voice and emotions.
In 2019, marking her 30th anniversary since debut and surpassing 1,000 performances, Lee Eun-mi solidified her position as a leading artist in Korean popular music with accolades such as ‘Barefoot Diva,’ ‘Queen of Live,’ and ‘Joan of Arc on Stage.’
During the 2023 live tour concert 'Nocturne,' she received enthusiastic applause from the audience, as she had been unable to meet them due to COVID-19. The audience was deeply moved by the sincere stage and special song selection that allowed them to focus solely on her music, while Lee Eun-mi delivered a passionate performance that seemed to quench her long-held thirst.
