To students facing the CSAT, he advised, "Everyone basically carries some despair and pain, especially those who are considered successful," and said, "Even if the worst score of my life comes out, that kind of thing cannot recklessly ruin my life. Likewise, even if I get a perfect score in all subjects tomorrow, nothing in life is guaranteed." He continued, "Have you ever seen someone say, 'One day, my ideal type suddenly approached me, we got married without any trouble, had children who studied well, had good personalities, and grew up healthy. My life seems amazing'? Just like that, even if the worst score of my life comes out tomorrow, that kind of thing cannot recklessly ruin my life. Even if I get a perfect score in all subjects tomorrow, nothing in life is guaranteed."
Finally, he added, "If there is one good thing, it is the attitude with which you face life, and the expectation that someone might watch over you with a little more interest. In the end, that's all there is." He concluded, "Face it more confidently and bravely than anyone else. Whatever the result, it will become a very useful and wonderful material. Fighting!" Netizens who read Jeong Seung-je's post responded with comments such as, "I was moved. Good luck to all the test takers," "Wow, even though I'm not a test taker, I was touched by the heartfelt message," and "I hope all students get the scores and universities they want."
