Incheon Credit Guarantee Foundation announced on the 15th that it has signed a special contribution business agreement with the Industrial Bank of Korea to support credit guarantees for small enterprises and small business owners.
This agreement was established to provide financial support to small enterprises and small business owners in the Incheon area who are struggling due to the economic downturn, aiming to help stabilize their management.
In particular, priority limits will be given to businesses in the manufacturing sector or middle-aged entrepreneurs aged between 40 and 59 to promote economic revitalization, and support for information-disadvantaged groups will be strengthened.
The Industrial Bank of Korea will make a special contribution of 2 billion KRW to the foundation's guarantee fund, and based on this, the foundation plans to provide 30 billion KRW in credit guarantees to help small enterprises and small business owners in Incheon obtain operating funds loans.
The support targets are small enterprises and small business owners in Incheon recommended by the foundation and the Industrial Bank of Korea, with support available up to 50 million KRW per company. The guarantee period is one year, extendable up to 10 times, and the guarantee fee is 1.0% per annum.
However, companies that have received guarantee support within the last six months or fall under restricted guarantee industries (luxury, entertainment, etc.) or restricted guarantee reasons (delinquency, arrears, etc.) may be excluded from support.
