Major airlines are offering discounted air tickets to students taking the 2025 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT).
On the 15th, Asiana Airlines announced that it will provide discount coupons for air tickets to CSAT examinees born between 2004 and 2006 who register as new members of the Asiana Club by next month 1st, including existing members, as well as all family members registered under the family account.
The discount coupons can be applied to one international and one domestic economy class ticket, valid for travel until April 30 next year, selectable from a total of 20 international routes and 5 domestic routes.
Based on the ticket purchase period, the following discounts apply: 8% off on Southeast Asia routes (Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Cebu, Hong Kong) until December 15; 6% off on all Japan routes departing from Incheon and the Gimpo-Osaka route until January 15 next year; and a 3,000 KRW discount on round-trip domestic flights to Jeju until January 31 next year. Discount coupons are not applicable during certain periods such as the Lunar New Year holiday.
Jeju Air offers a 20% discount based on the regular fare for the examinee and one accompanying person on all domestic routes including Jeju-Gimpo, Busan, Cheongju, Gwangju, Daegu, Muan, and Gimpo-Busan until February 21 next year (excluding peak seasons). Discounted tickets can be booked by presenting one of the following: university application form, application receipt, or exam admission ticket on Jeju Air’s website or mobile app by next month 31st.
T’way Air provides discounts for examinees on all domestic and international routes. The discount rate is 25% for domestic flights and up to 10% for international flights. Tickets can be booked until January 31 next year, and the travel period is until February 21 next year, excluding Christmas, year-end and New Year holidays, and Lunar New Year holidays.
Additionally, Eastar Jet offers up to 20% discount for examinees and one accompanying person. Air Seoul is holding a short-form video contest for graduation trips, providing free air tickets to all members of the first-place team (up to 30 people).
