Applications Open Until the 25th for Companies with Export Performance Over $500,000
Ulsan Ulju-gun is accepting nominations for the '2024 Ulju-gun Export Excellence Award' until the 25th.
The Ulju-gun Export Excellence Award recognizes companies within Ulju-gun that have achieved export performance of over $500,000 in the current year. The award honors companies with outstanding export results, business performance, and social contribution activities.
Among Ulju-gun companies, preference is given to ▲companies achieving $500,000 in exports for the first time ▲companies that have significantly improved export performance compared to the previous year through discovering new markets or new buyers ▲companies that have greatly contributed to regional economic development through exports ▲and other companies that have contributed to export promotion.
Ulju-gun plans to select up to five companies as export excellence companies by receiving recommendations of local companies with relevant achievements from heads of organizations and institutions related to corporate support.
The final selected export excellence companies will receive a plaque and benefits such as priority participation in overseas marketing projects promoted by Ulju-gun. The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place at the 'Ulju-gun Small and Medium Business Night' event on the 17th of next month.
An Ulju-gun official stated, “The Export Excellence Award is presented to recognize the efforts of Ulju-gun companies active in the global market and to encourage them to take on more challenges. We ask institutions related to corporate support to actively recommend outstanding companies.”
