Maniker F&G Launches Two New Varieties: Basasak Pork Fried and Spicy Boneless Chicken

Maniker F&G announced on the 14th that it has launched two new products, ‘Basasak Pork Fried’ and ‘Basasak Chicken Spicy Boneless,’ which can be conveniently enjoyed at home.

These products are new additions to the ‘Air Friends Basasak Series,’ an air fryer-exclusive brand introduced after two years. After extensive research, the taste and texture have been enhanced, and it is said that even when cooked simply at home using an air fryer, you can enjoy the crispiness and savory flavor as if freshly fried.

Basasak Pork Fried is made by marinating domestic pork ribs in a special sauce and aging them at low temperature before frying them to a crispy finish. It features a mild and chewy texture of pork well infused with a special seasoning containing various vegetables.

Basasak Chicken Spicy Boneless is a spicy boneless chicken made from carefully selected domestic chicken thigh meat and Cheongyang chili peppers. It is characterized by a clean and spicy taste, and after frying the chicken thigh meat, it is baked once more in the oven, resulting in moist and chewy meat inside with a crispy texture on the outside.

A Maniker F&G representative said, “With rising dining-out costs increasing household burdens, we aimed to create delicious products that can be conveniently enjoyed at home at reasonable prices,” adding, “We plan to continue introducing various products that consider consumer convenience and needs.”

Meanwhile, the two new Basasak products can be purchased at discounted prices to celebrate their launch through online channels such as Coupang, as well as offline stores including Lotte Mart and Homeplus, alongside popular existing Basasak series items like Basasak Chicken Whole and Basasak Chicken Wings.
