Guro-gu, Anti-Corruption and Integrity Training for the Second Half of 2024

On the 13th, Guro-gu held the ‘2024 Second Half Anti-Corruption and Integrity Training’ for all employees at the district office auditorium.


The district organized the ‘2024 Second Half Anti-Corruption and Integrity Training’ to foster a clean and human rights-friendly organizational culture by raising employees' awareness of anti-corruption.


For this training, Park Yeon-jeong, CEO of Yeonjeong Edutainment and a specialist in integrity education, was invited to deliver an in-depth lecture on the Code of Conduct for Public Officials, focusing on the key contents and cases of the Act on the Prohibition of Solicitation and the Act on the Prevention of Conflict of Interest.

In particular, the training emphasized major codes of conduct such as the ‘Regulations on the Prohibition and Prevention of Gapjil,’ providing an opportunity to reaffirm a clean attitude and ethical awareness as public officials.


One attending employee shared, “I was reminded that integrity is an essential virtue for public officials,” and added, “It was very beneficial to learn how to wisely manage conflict of interest situations that may arise during work.”


A Guro-gu official stated, “This training provided an opportunity for employees to renew their awareness of integrity,” and added, “We will continue to promote various integrity policies along with ongoing integrity education to maintain trusted administration.”
