Gwangju Social Service Institute (Director Kim Dae-sam) announced on the 13th that it will hold the '2024 Human Rights Slogan Contest' to strengthen human rights awareness and spread human rights culture in the region.
Any citizen interested in human rights can participate, and submissions must be written within 20 characters and submitted by referring to the Gwangju Social Service Institute website by the 28th.
Entries will be evaluated based on theme suitability, creativity, spreadability, and communicability, and a total of six works will be selected and awarded: one grand prize, two excellence awards, and three encouragement awards. Additionally, 10 participants will be selected by lottery to receive gifticons. The results will be announced on December 5.
Kim Dae-sam, Director of Gwangju Social Service Institute, said, "The selected works will be used as promotional slogans linked to human rights projects. We hope this contest will serve as an opportunity to raise citizens' awareness of human rights, and we look forward to active participation from the public."
